An exciting area of focus for us is the profiling of “excellence”. This involves assessing any great performance and capturing what it is which is driving the difference of that “great” performance versus the norm

The profile is then presented in a way that can be developed into others, thus helping to move the performance curve of the entire group or organisation. This newish approach has multiple uses including, resourcing, development, talent selection and team creation.
Assessment
The world of learning and development is often considered as the “fluffy” stuff, lacking in many metrics and quantifiable deliverables. We are fully licensed in a number of assessment tools to put in place the hard bossiness data that moves us away from this perception. Allowing for re testing at an agreed later time builds a measurable point in time to all our interventions.
